Women of all ages and abilities are welcome. What type of exercises are included in the program? Boot Camp Lite exercises include: Power Walking or a Walk/Jog Combo, Low-Impact Calisthenics, Core Strengthening, Obstacle Courses, Surprises and More. Performance improvement can take place in as little as three days. "Visual Improvement" may take from two to four weeks depending on your effort level. It's becoming common to see as much as 3 to 8 pounds of weight loss after the first week. Remember, everyone is different! Boot Camp Lite is located at Meadowood Park from May through October – 10650 Falls Road, Lutherville-Timonium, 21093 (the southwest corner of Falls Road and Greenspring Valley Road). The class will meet every Tuesday and Thursday for one hour during the four-week program. Camp starts at 7:30 a.m. and lasts one hour. All particiants are expected to arrive on time. How many people are in each Boot Camp Lite? The typical class has between 20 to 35 women. When does Boot Camp Lite start? New Boot Camp Lite classes are forming all the time. Bring an exercise mat, re-usable water bottle (we encourage eco-friendly exercise!), small hand weights (2-5 lbs.), running shoes and a sense of adventure. All items, with the exception of running shoes, can be purchased at any Target, Walmart or Dick's Sporting Goods for less than $15. Check out our Get the Gear section for additional options. Each four-week Boot Camp Lite is $130. That's 8 hours of instruction for just $16.25 per hour. What will I do after Boot Camp Lite? Once your four-week Boot Camp Lite experience is complete, you will be re-measured and tested to show your progress and success in the program. Many campers return for a second and even third camp. Many more sign up for Charm City Adventure Boot Camp or A Kick in the Pants Wellness Coaching & Personal Training, plus other fun Kick in the Pants events. You will receive a credit towards another Boot Camp Lite if you are unable to continue with the one you began because of circumstances beyond your control. This credit is nontransferable. Credit is not given towards private training. There is no cash refund. Credit is valid for 365 days from the time it is given. Signing up for Boot Camp Lite is easy. Just fill out the Boot Camp Lite Registration Form and submit it through this site, by fax, by mail or bring it with you to your initial meeting/evaluation.
