What Type of Wellness

In order to realize the most benefit, it’s important that your corporate wellness program address the specific needs of your employees – are they overweight? Are they stressed out? Is back injury an issue?

Before contracting with you, A Kick in the Pants will meet with you to discuss your needs, and may also have your employees complete a wellness survey. Whatever the outcome of the conversation and assessment, A Kick in the Pants will custom-design a program specifically for you.

A Kick in the Pants offers a simple way to get a wellness program working at your company. From lunch break workshops to monthly classes on nutrition, fitness and more, we can create a low-cost, results-driven wellness plan that will have your employees raving.

Here are the types of wellness services that will comprise your corporate wellness program:

Wellness Coaching – One-on-one or group coaching sessions designed to help employees set and meet wellness and fitness goals.
