Sessions take place at your home or in the personal training studio and can be daily, weekly or bi-weekly. We begin with a thorough assessment to determine where you are now and then develop a plan to get you where you want to be. With Small Group Personal Training, you can train with up to three friends for extra fun and motivation. Sessions will incorporate activities to meet everyone's personal fitness goals. Want to have access to your personal trainer and workout plans 24/7 without going to the gym? A Kick in the Pants gives you printed custom workouts that you can view anywhere, anytime. You'll also be able to check your form via exercise demos, plus track your weekly exercise routines. Just click a button and the tracking log will be sent directly to A Kick in the Pants so we can celebrate your progress and offer feedback. With Virtual Personal Training you can also contact A Kick in the Pants anytime with questions or for extra support. Above all, we’re committed to keeping you inspired and moving forward. A Kick in the Pants offers a full weight loss program for individuals, including a nutritional component called Precision Nutrition and the added option of metabolic testing. For an additional fee, you’ll also receive metabolic testing. Metabolic testing is like a window into your body, revealing how your body is reacting to what you are eating, and what your body really needs to achieve your weight loss goal. During this one hour appointment, information about your metabolic rate will be used to develop a healthy eating plan using foods that you enjoy.
